Our first sales hire. You'll build the playbook from zero: prospecting independent practices, navigating EHR partnerships, running demos, and closing deals.
Build the core product: Next.js frontend, Supabase backend, EHR integrations (FHIR R4), AI-powered clinical extraction. You'll ship features end-to-end.
Own every pixel. Design the workflows that clinic staff use dozens of times a day. They need to be fast, clear, and forgiving.
You know prior auth because you've lived it. You'll translate real-world clinical workflows into product requirements and be the voice of the customer internally.
Build relationships with EHR vendors to get Kestrel integrated natively. You understand the health IT landscape and know that the best partnerships start with a warm intro.
Tell the Kestrel story. Write content that practice managers actually want to read. Bonus points if you can explain HIPAA compliance without putting anyone to sleep.
